How do I order?
Choose a product, then message us on WhatsApp with the name and colour you would like. We can talk through the details with you before you order.
How do I pay?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. The email includes our bank details so you can make payment by bank transfer. For order enquiries, you can email contactus@toychestuae.com.
Can I choose the name and colour?
Yes. Our pieces can be personalised with a name and colour. Browse the colour options and send us the colour name or RAL code you like. Screen colours are a guide, so the finished paint may vary slightly.
Can I add a message inside the toy chest lid?
Yes. A personal message inside the lid costs an additional AED 125.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is included in the product price for Dubai, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. Delivery to Abu Dhabi costs an additional AED 70. For other locations, please ask us when ordering.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
Our products are made to order and personalised for you. Once production has started, we’re unable to offer a refund.
What warranty and repair service do you offer?
If your product breaks within the first six months after delivery, we’ll visit and repair it free of charge. After six months, a call-out charge of AED 150 applies.
What if my item is damaged during delivery?
We take care when delivering your furniture, but damage can occasionally happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us. We’ll collect it, repair the damage and return it to you at no additional cost.
What sizes are the toy chests?
Both Classic and Woodridge styles come in two sizes:
- Large: 95 cm long × 50 cm wide × 50 cm high.
- Medium: 80 cm long × 50 cm wide × 50 cm high.
Can you make products in bespoke sizes?
Yes. We can make products in bespoke sizes. There is an additional charge depending on the design. Send us the measurements you need and we’ll discuss the options and price with you.
What are the bookshelf dimensions?
- Signature Bookshelf: 110 cm high × 60 cm long × 33.2 cm wide.
- Scalloped Bookshelf: 60 cm high × 74 cm long × 30 cm wide.
How much are the products?
- Large Woodridge Toy Chest: AED 2,100.
- Large Classic Toy Chest: AED 2,000.
- Medium Woodridge Toy Chest: AED 1,900.
- Medium Classic Toy Chest: AED 1,800.
- Signature Bookshelf: AED 1,550.
- Scalloped Bookshelf: AED 1,150.
- Car Garage: AED 1,600.

Are the gallery photos of real products?
Yes, the furniture shown is real. Some bedroom backgrounds have been created or enhanced with AI to help show how the pieces could look in a room.
